Author Guidelines

International Journal of Science and Engineering (IJSE) is a scientific research journal. IJSE provides a unique medium for the publication of new and original research and advances work in science, engineering, technology, and education. This journal published the papers in online through the digital library, readily accessible by all researchers and libraries around the world.

Publication Fees- 2000 INR (100 USD ) for 10 pages and 300 INR (30 USD) Extra page charge (per Page)

Style: Manuscripts should be attached and sent to the Editor via e-mail. The manuscripts should be written in MS-WORD format as well as in PDF format.

Length: An IJSE paper should not exceed 20 typeset, printed pages and written in single column format.

Frequency of Publication: Four issues in a year.

Author Responsibilities –

*The authors should be ensure that they have written in research paper entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

*Authors must certify that the research paper has not previously been published anywhere in any Journal , Conference or currently being considered for publication elsewhere.

*Research paper submitted must not have been published as copyrighted material elsewhere.

*Authors must report of any conflicts of interest.

Reviewer Responsibilities –

*Reviews should be conducted objectively and express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

*Reviewers must evaluate research papers only for their intellectual content without regard to ethnic origin, religious belief,race, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

*Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.

*Reviewers must also call to the editor’s attention any substantial similarity between the research papers under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

*Reviewers should be bring to the attention of the Editors any information that may be reason to reject publication of a research paper.

Editor Responsibilities –

*Editor /Editorial Board should evaluate research papers only for their intellectual content without regard to ethnic origin, religious belief,race, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

*The Editors and/or Editorial Board should keep information pertaining to submitted research papers confidential other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

*The Editors and/or Editorial Board must disclose any conflicts of interest.

Fundamental errors in published works

*When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor / publisher with the editor to correct the paper.

Copyright Infringement

IJSE take claims of copyright infringement seriously. Any claims of copyright infringement should be addressed to the Editor at bearing the subject line “Copyright Infringement”. IJSE take claims of copyright infringement seriously. IJSE will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with under following condition.

  • On receipt of the claim, the IJSE Editorial Board, if found deemed, shall inform the IJSE author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties.

  • The IJSE Board reserves the sole rights to decide the validity of any such claims. if the claim is found justified, the concerned manuscript will be removed from all IJSE Volume and Library.

  • In case, the changes required in manuscript are minimal such as inclusion of references, citation, the authors will be intimated to do the required amendments and changes. Another version shall undergo peer-review as any other general submission and shall be published in the same issue (number) of the concerned volume.
